About the Opportunity

As an Associate in our Advisory team, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting Investment Advisers to deliver exceptional service to high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with clients, and being part of a collaborative, values driven environment. You’ll gain exposure to sophisticated portfolios, global investment solutions, and a business that genuinely values long term thinking, trust, and sustainable success.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding of new clients, account openings and day to day portfolio administration.
Coordinate key client activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, margin calls, settlements, and international trading.
Support Investment Advisers by preparing meeting materials, investment proposals, pitch documents and review packs.
Maintain accurate client files and records within Avaloq while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Liaise daily with clients, internal teams and external providers to resolve queries and deliver a seamless service experience.
Proactively monitor key client milestones such as annual reviews, documentation updates and risk profile renewals.
About You
2+ years’ experience in wealth management or a similar client facing financial services role.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine client first mindset.
Comfort working in a fast paced environment with a proactive, resourceful and solutions oriented approach.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications
Degree in Finance or a related discipline (desirable).
RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain it quickly.
AML/KYC or derivatives accreditation considered an advantage.
