Job Description

Looking for an entry point into the world of mortgage broking and finance? Want to develop in-demand sales skills while helping Australians achieve their homeownership dreams?

As an Aussie Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them take the next step toward buying, investing, or refinancing. You'll qualify leads, set appointments for our expert brokers, and play a key role in connecting customers with our Aussie property hub – an ecosystem designed to support them at every stage of their property journey.

This is more than just a job, it’s a stepping stone to a successful future in mortgage broking or finance. Many of our top-performing brokers and franchisees started as Associates, and with clear pathways for growth, you could be next.

In this role, you will:

  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars.

  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.

  • Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To achieve success in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.

  • Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).

  • A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.

  • Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential.

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
