About the role

Coalition is hiring an Australia-based full-time contract Marketing Associate to support the growth of our insurance and security products in the Australian market. This role is ideal for an organized, execution-oriented marketer with strong project management skills who enjoys working across teams, keeping programs on track, and helping bring campaigns and events to life.

You’ll work closely with local go-to-market teams and Coalition’s global marketing team to coordinate marketing programs that align with both company-wide priorities and local market needs. This includes supporting events, helping localize content and campaigns, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution across stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience who has worked in a marketing agency or fast-paced in-house environment and is excited to help build marketing programs in a growing region.

This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Perth metro areas.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing programs and campaigns for the Australian market in partnership with local GTM teams and global marketing stakeholders
  • Help localize marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to support local market needs
  • Support planning and execution of events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing activities
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Partner with internal teams including content, creative, PR, and regional stakeholders to keep work moving forward
  • Assist with campaign and event logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Help gather market feedback and local insights to inform marketing efforts
  • Measure and report on program execution and key outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing agency, technology company, insurance, or other fast-paced cross-functional environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or integrated marketing programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with both local stakeholders and global teams across time zones
  • Ability to adapt existing messaging and campaign plans for local audiences
  • Self-starter who is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • Ability to use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap-Cut, video editing, or other design-related software is a plus
