Job Description
As the connective tissue across ServiceNow's federal government business, you will drive growth by building and orchestrating a high-performing public sector customer base and partner ecosystem.
This role works across internal teams, key partners, and government stakeholders-helping us scale through influence and seamless coordination as well as having deep domain expertise.
This role will work in a Federal Government CTO capacity with deep federal government industry expertise, knowledge and relationships to support digital transformation across Australian federal government customers.
What you get to do in this role:
  • Market Influence
    • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader-engaging at industry events, roundtables, and working groups.
    • Help shape government digital transformation narratives where ServiceNow and partners play a leading role.
  • Government Stakeholder/Customer Relationships
    • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level
  • Partner Strategy & Engagement
    • Identify, onboard, and grow strategic partnerships with systems integrators, local boutiques, and specialist public sector partners.
    • Build joint go-to-market motions and align partner capabilities with Federal priorities.
    • Influence partner sales and delivery plans to align with ServiceNow objectives.
  • Internal Coordination & Orchestration
    • Be the central point of coordination between Sales, Alliances, Inspire Value, Marketing, SCs, Legal, and Government Affairs.
    • Ensure Federal GTM plans are clearly understood and executed across functions. Help partners focus on where we are strong and can differentiate, bring value and win together
  • Operational Execution
    • Drive regular internal and partner account reviews, pipeline health checks, and co-sell activities.
    • Support public sector compliance, procurement frameworks, and joint business plans.

  • Qualifications
    To be successful in this role you have:
    • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
    • 10+ years experience as a technology officer or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of the Federal Government ecosystem (APS culture, procurement models, policy cycles).
    • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven experience in building and scaling through partner ecosystems.
    • Ability to operate autonomously and proactively in a matrixed environment.
    • Travel across Australia as needed
