We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on team players to join our Cosmetic Repair team at Carma. No professional workshop experience required - we will provide full on-the-job training!
What you'll be doing?
- Learn professional alloy wheel restoration from repairing, sanding, and edging alloy rims
- Master paint and interior touch-ups like fixing minor scratches, chips, and trim damage
- Work in a modern, clean workshop environment alongside an experienced, supportive team
- Learn our repair techniques to make sure all cars look amazing - and bring your own repair methods to the team - we’re open to ideas!
- Be open to learning new processes and ways of completing repairs - the team will have you up-skilled in no time.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! You are passionate about cars, automotive detailing, or hands-on DIY work and eager to step into a learning role.
- You have a positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn new things.
- You have great attention to detail and take pride in high-quality work.
- You’re comfortable using tech (we use iPad's) and can get the hang of new systems quickly.
- You hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters worksite, with plenty of room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
