What you will do

Design and develop sophisticated process workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather detailed automation requirements.
Implement RPA solutions specifically utilising the UiPath platform.
Execute projects involving AI-driven automation to advance our technical capabilities.
Liaise with international teams and external partners based overseas to ensure global alignment.
Ensure solutions are fact-based and built on accurate data rather than assumptions.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently to maintain workflow continuity.
Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across the business.
Prioritise tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and manage workloads.
Contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability within the project team.

What experience do you need

Tertiary qualification in a related technical or business discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in process automation.
Hands-on RPA development experience, with a strong preference for the UiPath suite.
Demonstrated experience working within diverse business environments and cross-functional teams.
Proven analytical skills with a documented track record of high attention to detail
