What you will do

• Design and develop sophisticated process workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather detailed automation requirements.

• Implement RPA solutions specifically utilising the UiPath platform.

• Execute projects involving AI-driven automation to advance our technical capabilities.

• Liaise with international teams and external partners based overseas to ensure global alignment.

• Ensure solutions are fact-based and built on accurate data rather than assumptions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues independently to maintain workflow continuity.

• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across the business.

• Prioritise tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and manage workloads.

• Contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability within the project team.

What experience do you need

• Tertiary qualification in a related technical or business discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in process automation.

• Hands-on RPA development experience, with a strong preference for the UiPath suite.

• Demonstrated experience working within diverse business environments and cross-functional teams.

• Proven analytical skills with a documented track record of high attention to detail
