Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an Automation Solution Analyst & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organisation.

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Primary focus the maintenance and development of the Beyond Bank chatbot
  • Upkeep and advancement voice component of our Customer Relationship Centre
  • Working within Genesys platform and other contact centre platforms
  • Prepare roadmap of development opportunities
  • Conduct & document automation processes and test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning (essential)
  • Understanding of automation principles (essential)
  • Comprehension of basic computer coding (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience platforms including telephony and chatbot development tools e.g. Genesys or similar systems
  • Knowledge of software design principles, testing methodologies and best practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to document processes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) (desirable)
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL (desirable)
