The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team in the Compounding Business Segment in an 6-month contract role. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships ANZ - Compounding, you will lead the development and execution of automating the marketing pricing actions and building pricing tools for internal and external stakeholder use. Collaborating closely with the marketing and transformation teams , you will monitor results of the new automation pathways and initiate any corrective actions where necessary to achieve defined project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Process map Compounding marketing pricing process and develop relevant tools/automation to simplify process

  • Integrate automation software with other platforms and ensure they are functioning well

  • Build, manage and continually improve marketing pricing tool for internal stakeholders/ sales team

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support and design external pricing tools across different platforms

  • Other Marketing automation projects as required to increase effectiveness and efficiencies with Marketing activities

  • Ensuring all business activities align with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of marketing automation experience or in a related field

  • Strong proficiency in using automation tools like Power BI

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Strong Commercial acumen and project management skills

  • Proven experience and demonstrated success within a highly competitive market.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

  • A growth mindset and courage to test new strategies.
