About the Role
In this pivotal position, as the Customer and Deal Lead you’ll work hand-in-hand with our core strategic partners—Telstra and Infosys—as well as an extended ecosystem that includes AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, and Cloudflare. Together, you’ll help customers overcome challenges, unlock new opportunities, and achieve transformative outcomes.
You’ll lead the charge in working with our existing customers, acquiring new accounts, driving engagement, and delivering value-driven solutions that strengthen our go-to-market proposition. With access to our full suite of services—spanning Digital, Cloud, Data, AI, Security, and Identity—you’ll empower organisations to innovate and grow.

Modern Cloud Run Managed Services
Cloud, AI, Data foundations, Digital App Dev, Migrations — the shiny big projects and the dependable recurring chapters.
Hit annual sales targets while helping customers land outcomes they’ll want to talk about at conferences, board meetings, and case studies.
Keep the pipeline humming beautifully in Salesforce — tidy, accurate, always ready for a leadership drumroll when the updates land.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles — you’ll steer opportunities from first conversation to contract signature, navigating governance, commercial, and legal processes like a pro.
Spot new business frontiers and action them — then confidently delegate internally to activate delivery teams and supporting sellers (because lone-wolfing is overrated).
Manage commercial negotiations, including proposals, contracts, and legal docs — firm but fair, sharp but savvy.
Team up with external stakeholders — partners, and customer champions — to expand reach and co-create new opportunities.
Drive joint partner initiatives that elevate delivery capability and business growth. Think co-selling with seriously smart allies, minus the boring slide decks.
Keep the energy collaborative, strategic, and human — we’re aiming for “professional services sales legend” mixed with “great person to chat to”.

What You Bring
Battle-tested solution seller across Enterprise markets and Public sector customers — bonus points if professional or managed services were involved.
You get the “why” behind the tech — turning cloud, data, digital or AI into outcomes customers can quantify and champions can celebrate.
5+ years in sales, Business development, or Account management. You’ve been around long enough to know the patterns — not long enough to be bored by them.
A track record of landing new logos and expanding accounts.
Relationships are your currency — you build trust, tell clear stories, and can present without sending the room (or Zoom) to sleep.
Resilient + adaptable — market shifts? No worries. New problems? Even less worries. You adjust fast, bounce high, and keep moving.
Self-driven, outcome-obsessed, ego-optional — you chase impact over theatrics and results over self-congratulations.
Team player energy — you collaborate like a sport, not a side-quest. Sales wins here are shared wins and team wins. Pre-Sales are your best friends.
