About the role:
The B2B Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, events, and sales initiatives to strengthen Australian Ethical’s brand, communications, and relationships across research, platform, financial planning, and values-aligned segments.

This role plays a key part in achieving AEI’s long-term growth targets through the timely and professional execution of B2B marketing activities.

Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager and working closely with the Client Relationships team, the Coordinator will implement communications, events, sponsorships, and sales enablement programs that support AE’s broader B2B growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
Event & sponsorship management
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of paid partnerships, sponsorships and events
- Maintain events and content calendars, manage logistics, and ensure all external deliverables are met

Campaign execution & communications
- Execute campaign deployment and scheduling across Salesforce and email platforms
- Support the B2B Marketing Manager with channel marketing activities including creative briefs, data requests, approvals, adviser communications, and social media management

Content & channel management
- Maintain and update marketing content assets across digital channels
- Review and manage presentation materials, collateral, communications, and merchandise to support high-quality event delivery

Sales enablement
- Provide support for sales enablement materials such as presentation packs, email templates and collateral
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness for campaigns

Systems & reporting
- Support Salesforce campaign management, lead tagging and data hygiene
- Track implementation progress and provide reporting on marketing activity

We are looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of Financial services experience in marketing, communications or event coordination
- A sound understanding of the financial services industry (eg. investments, superannuation, financial advice)
- Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships across sales and marketing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and CRM platforms such as Braze, Monday.com, Salesforce or similar
- Social media knowledge, particularly LinkedIn, for promoting thought leadership and investment excellence.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
