B2B Marketing Manager (Japan)

Salary Range: €55K - €68K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

 

We’re now looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in establishing and growing Almedia's presence and revenue in Japan. This role is critical for tailoring our global marketing strategies to resonate with the Japanese market, driving lead generation, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and influencers.

 
What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Develop and execute localised B2B marketing strategies for Japan, aligned with global objectives, alongside contributing to brand awareness activities.

  • Collaborate closely with our Growth department to generate qualified leads and identify opportunities for impactful customer stories.

  • Plan and manage regional marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Participate in the adaptation of global marketing content and develop region-specific materials to effectively reach target audiences.

  • Analyse campaign performance data across Japanese channels to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring 💡
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the Japanese landscape (e.g., regional social media, search engines).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Japanese (Korean proficiency is a bonus)

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and potentially remote teams.

  • Experience in analysing marketing data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
