The Opportunity
 

At Adobe, we're committed to helping our customers deliver unparalleled digital experiences and are looking for a passionate individual to accelerate our own business development effectiveness through data, insights, and innovative measurement methods! In the Enterprise Analytics team, we are tasked with optimizing the performance of the Marketing & BDR organisation through proactive analysis, stakeholder enablement, and measurement innovation. We are passionate about diving deep into data and building reporting solutions to help our partners scale efficiently. This role will be a strategic partner to the Business Development organisation, driving regular inspection and insights to optimize contributions to pipeline and bookings.

What you'll Do

  • Conduct analysis with a focus on articulating the impact of Business Development Representative (BDR) performance to create and progress opportunities across both lead-based and account-based prospecting motions

  • Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations to senior sales leaders on optimization opportunities

  • Drive weekly inspection cadences focused on the marketing to BDR effectiveness motion for both sales leaders and individual sellers

  • Support the leadership team in synthesizing the impact of the BDRs to support sales interlocks and quarterly business reviews

  • Serve as the primary interlock to regional Sales Operations team to align targets, outcome measures, and performance during quarterly and annual planning cycles

  • Enable the BDR organisation on new dashboard capabilities and reporting enhancements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development teams to drive strategic insights and performance improvement

  • Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment, with hands-on analytical experience in sales performance analysis
