The Bid Administrator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end development of proposals and tender submissions across the business. Working under the guidance of senior bid team members, this role is responsible for coordinating and formatting submission documents, managing content libraries (including resumes and project profiles), maintaining compliance with branding and vendor requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, client-focused proposals. The Opportunity

This is a fabulous opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join a proud consulting firm at the forefront of Australian infrastructure. Our sales team take pride in delivering accurate, consistent and deadline driven information to the business.

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, the role is responsible for supporting the development of proposals for the business focusing on client requirements, content and quality. You will provide tender administration support to the Market Sectors, prepare pre-qualification submissions, coordination of tender submission documents and manage the SharePoint content library. You will also have the opportunity to work with the bid teams to present professional and compelling proposals to prospective clients.

We are seeking a proficient administrator who thrives under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in managing complex bids and tender processes, as well as familiarity with SharePoint and document management, is highly regarded.

We appreciate diversity and are looking for someone with a variety of experiences and a growth mindset. You should be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to effectively multitask.

Other key attributes include:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in project administration or similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong skills in document management and quality assurance, particularly within SharePoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building meaningful, trust-based relationships at all business levels.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
