Join the world's leading vehicle glass repair business in our award-winning Voice of Customer program. Transform global customer experience using cutting-edge AI and analytics across our global brands (Carglass®, Safelite®, and Autoglass®)
Key Responsibilities:
Design analytical models/dashboards using Python, R, Tableau to uncover CX trends
Apply ML, NLP, and AI to structured (booking/job data) and unstructured data (surveys, call transcripts)
Monitor key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, conversion) across global markets
Lead exploratory analysis identifying customer pain points and behavioral shifts
Connect VoC insights with Value added product, Marketing, Operations for strategic integration
Support testing/scaling of AI-driven tools: real-time feedback intelligence, automated topic classification, smart routing
Transform complex datasets into compelling C-suite recommendations
Collaborate with global business units on ad-hoc insight requests
Essential Requirements:
University degree in quantitative field (2:1+ in statistics, mathematics, data science)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience with Python, R, or advanced data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
Interest in customer experience and behavior
Experience with structured/unstructured datasets
Clear communication skills for non-technical audiences
Highly Valued:
Customer experience/VoC program exposure
Predictive modeling or ML experience
NLP, sentiment analysis, or LLMs
Customer journey mapping experience
Bonus:
Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese)
European/US market experience
Location: Hybrid role/remote - Milton Park/Egham UK, with European travel.
