At Intellihub, we're not just about metering and data solutions – we're about our people. Our team of passionate individuals drives our mission to simplify the energy transition and make a real difference in the lives of millions of people across Australia and New Zealand.  But our success is not just measured by numbers. It's measured by the diverse and inclusive culture we foster within our team, where everyone is valued and given equal opportunities to thrive in a positive, safe and productive workplace.

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a Billing Analyst who’s ready to dive into the details and make sure our billing runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll play a key role in ensuring our billing is spot-on, on time, and totally compliant — all while helping to keep our financial engine running smoothly.

This isn’t just about crunching numbers (though you’ll do plenty of that too). You’ll be collaborating across teams, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’ve got a sharp eye, a love for problem-solving, and a knack for turning data into action. As part of your role you will also be doing;

  • Quality checks of critical billing data and identify any gaps.
  • Track, document and deploy price changes, maintain an accurate pricing process.
  • Adhere to governance requirements for the group.
  • Coordinate specific requirements for billing projects with developers, the project team and customers.
  • Implement billing processes when system changes are delayed.
  • Manage queries and deliver satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, proactively taking advantage of opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
  • Assist the Group Billing Manager with the month-end process, reporting and reconciliations.
  • Assist with data migration for new acquisitions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.

  • Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Team player and highly motivated by customer satisfaction.
