Contract consultant responsible for Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and Luminate Billing configuration and support. The role covers customer contracts, rate cards, billable events, storage and handling charges, invoice generation, validation, reconciliation, integrations, SQL/PL-SQL data validation, testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support. The consultant will analyze requirements, support implementation and enhancement projects, collaborate with technical and client teams, and provide documentation and client-facing communication.
