We are now recruiting a Boutique Supervisor for our Bondi Fashion Boutique.
YOUR PURPOSE
The Supervisor is responsible for all facets of the day to day boutique operations including establishment of active and strategic client relationships, leadership and guidance of the team, inventory management and above all, ensuring the boutique ambience and client experience is in line with Chanel standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Managing and inspiring the Fashion Advisors by being a role model, taking a close interest in and actively participating in the teams professional development.
Coaching and mentoring team members on a day to day basis, ensuring competency in all areas of the Boutique.
Maintain your personal client relationships, styling and assisting them to discover the world of Chanel.
Motivating all staff to achieve a high standard of client service in order to maximize the Client experience as per the Chanel standard and in hand, maximize boutique results.
Identifying performance issues within the team and implementing solutions provided by the Head of Boutique and Deputy Head of Boutique to improve performance and other business issues.
Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profit and to take advantage of various market trends or variations.
Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning and targeting new customer opportunities.
Maintaining the highest level of product and fashion industry knowledge and utilize this knowledge to provide advice and consultation to the client.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Strong retail operational skills with at least two years’ experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within a similar luxury environment.
The ability to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets and drive your team to sales success.
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing a culture of high performance with the ability to support, lead, motivate and inspire your team at all times.
Excellent administration skills and previous experience reporting on areas such as category mix, competitors and factors that may impact boutique results.
Outstanding personal image and presentation standards in line with the Chanel guidelines.
A high degree of professionalism and maturity in all areas of business.
