As a Brand & Visual Designer in our dynamic in-house creative studio, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life and ensure our visual communications resonate deeply with our customers. You’ll be a key player in maintaining and evolving our brand identity across touch points, from brand campaigns and paid ads, to event experiences, editorial art and beyond. What you'll do
- Shape our brand: Partner with the creative director and designers to develop concepts, execute designs, and iterate based on feedback. You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual language of our brand across touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain design systems: Develop, maintain, and evolve our brand and campaign design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across creative outputs.
- Deliver omni-channel campaigns: Deliver cohesive multi-format, omni-channel campaigns from initial concept to final execution.
- Grow our brand library: Create on-brand assets and templates across marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency.
- Create high-impact advertising: Produce organic and paid ad campaigns for various platforms and channels, optimizing for performance and engagement.
- Champion our customers: Get to know our current and future customers to develop visual communications that not only engage and delight, but inform and educate.
- Translate complex ideas: Develop a deep understanding of our product and market to translate complex ideas into compelling designs that resonate with our audience.
- Set trends: Stay ahead of the curve and learn about new design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Identify opportunities, solve problems: Proactively identify problems and opportunities, offering creative and effective solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across the business to understand their design needs and deliver impactful projects that support their objectives.
Your background
- Strong brand and visual design experience. You’ve worked in a fast-paced agency, studio, or startup environment evident through a portfolio of innovative and impactful creative work.
- Multi-disciplinary creative. You’re confident and competent at applying your diverse skill set across projects with proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Notion, etc. If you’re not familiar with a tool or skill, you learn it.
- Humble, self-starter. You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively and independently to manage projects of all sizes and deliver high-quality content. You’re able to critique your work and take feedback as an opportunity to improve.
- Strategic thinker. You consider the impact of your solutions and understand how to balance user needs with business objectives to create effective designs that drive results.
- Detail-oriented. You have high attention to detail and an understanding of how even the smallest details can have a big impact.
- Pragmatic and flexible. You're comfortable with ambiguity, excited by challenges, resourceful in solving problems, and are able to adjust to shifting deadlines and project goals.
- Excellent communicator. You’re able to articulate your big ideas and rationalize your design decisions, presenting to and managing stakeholders to get buy in for your solutions.
- Supporting experience is a plus. Ideally you have experience in motion design and display ads, with skills in video production and editing nice to have.
