We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate marketer to join our GN Hearing Marketing Team. As our Brand Manager (ANZ) you will support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plans for brands and customers’ channels and support the Sales team to drive sales growth and achieve market share goals for the GN Hearing portfolio. This is a full-time role for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who loves to get hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. It may also be suitable for someone looking to take a step up in their marketing career.

Key Responsibilities 

- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategy and plans 

- Analyse channel/customer/brand performance and derive insights and actions for improvement 

- Drive sales growth and achieve market share goals 

- Manage day-to-day activities of the product portfolio 

- Coordinate marketing activities across cross-functional teams 

- Assist with the development and localization of B2B and B2B2C marketing collateral and campaigns 

- Manage the product launch process across brands and channels 

- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Coordinators on product launches, events, and budget tracking 

- Work closely with the in-house designer to bring campaigns and projects to life 

Requirements 

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing 

- Healthcare marketing background, strong experience working within a B2B2C environment preferable 

- Ability to liaise and manage relationships across all internal stakeholders and provide a consistent approach to brand engagement 

- Strong analytical and project management skills 

- Proven experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns and communication pieces 

- Solid understanding of ANZ medical compliance requirements and procedures 

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
