Job Description

As a Brand Executive, you will shape the future of our brand in Australia, bringing imaginative campaigns to life that resonate with sports fans across the country.

The Marketing department drives brand presence, managing complex, multi-channel campaigns that connect with millions of sports fans. This team operates at the intersection of creativity and data, ensuring every campaign is delivered with precision and flair.

You will play a pivotal role in this ecosystem, collaborating with creative, product, and commercial teams to execute integrated marketing strategies. This involves navigating the nuances of the Australian sports landscape, balancing creative ambition with regulatory requirements to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or marketing communications within sports, gaming, entertainment, or consumer sectors
  • Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, and traditional media
  • Deep understanding of the Australian sports and wagering landscape, including market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Experience managing agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance metrics and customer insights to optimise activity
  • High level of organisation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools
  • Knowledge of Australian advertising standards and Responsible Gambling regulations

Additional Information

  • Coordinate campaign delivery by working with internal creative, media, content, product, and commercial teams
  • Assist in the development of campaign briefs, marketing assets, and promotional materials
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis to identify insights for future activity
  • Collaborate with external agencies, production partners, and media suppliers to support campaign delivery
  • Manage project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure efficient campaign delivery
  • Support the management of marketing budgets, purchase orders, and campaign expenditure
  • Conduct competitor monitoring, market research, and consumer insight analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines, Responsible Gambling requirements, and market-specific regulatory standards
  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting, and marketing calendars
  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Creative, Product, Commercial, Compliance, and regional teams
