As our new Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the Chocolate portfolio, bringing our iconic brands to life. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across every day, seasonal and gifting portfolios in New Zealand, and work with our iconic brands like Cadbury and Toblerone.

As our new Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the Chocolate portfolio, bringing our iconic brands to life. You will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of brand initiatives in alignment with the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
- Provide detailed briefs based on market insights and previous learnings to further enhance our brand awareness and market education.
- Identify the strategic objectives and consumer/customer insight to develop a clear integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategies and brief agencies accordingly.
- Support the development and evolution of multi-year marketing campaigns.
- Develop effective and integrated working relationships with agencies (activation, media, packaging).
- Build great working relationships with key ANZ team members, enabling flawless execution of initiatives by effectively utilising ANZ's shared resources.
- Marketing budget and POS management for T. Chocolate to meet internal objective and KPIs
The ingredients you'll bring
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager.
- A solid understanding and prior experience within the FMCG industry.
- Analytical skills to help gain insights for key business decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
