The Opportunity
This is an exciting 12-month limited term contract where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Oreo portfolio.

How You Will Contribute
Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will:
- Support end to end marketing and brand strategy
- Delivery of current year plan and support development of three-year commercial plans
- Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing communication plans, with a focus on winning from the store out
- Work with marketing mix, using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
- Building Brand equity: deliver brand promise, vision, position & architecture. Drive consumer understanding & insights that defines our consumer needs, attitudes & values for consumers to have a stronger & more impactful brand experience
About You
- Previously marketing experience in either ABM or BM role in FMCG
- Openness to learn & grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large and complex organization
- Proficient in Nielsen, analytics and creativity; a growth mindset
- Commercial / financial acumen
- Project management skills - understanding of process, timelines, business case, ability to work cross-functionally
- Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business
