Welcome to ZURU Beauty's Haircare Portfolio — where product innovation, viral marketing and pure haircare obsession collide to build one of the most-loved beauty brands.

Home to MONDAY Haircare — the brand that's gone from zero to global phenomenon in just six years, now sold in 47 countries through 200+ retailers and stocked in over 90,000 doors worldwide — plus being Haircare, the newest addition to our portfolio, we're on a mission to make MONDAY unmissable in every market it enters. We need an ambitious, brand-obsessed marketing leader to help us do it.

You're part strategist, part storyteller, part local-market expert — equally comfortable running a retailer launch plan and spotting the next viral moment. You live for the launch, thrive on ambiguity, and get a genuine kick out of taking a brand into a brand new market. If you like the idea of leading marketing for one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the world — with real budget, real scale and zero red tape — keep reading.

MONDAY has earned 45 major beauty awards, thousands of 5-star reviews, and holds the title of the #1 most-liked haircare brand on TikTok — 31M likes, 548K followers, 1.9 billion views on #mondayhaircare. We're selling 65,000 bottles a day. That's one bottle every two seconds.

THE ROLE:

This Marketing leader will champion MONDAY and being Haircare across our Growth Markets - ANZ, Canada, Mexico and more — managing best-in-class marketing strategy from ideation through to execution to drive business growth in each market.

As the local market lead, you'll collaborate closely with the global marketing team, in-house content and copy teams, and external agencies to deliver our marketing strategy internationally, ensuring brand awareness, growth and local relevance everywhere you touch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Strategy & Execution

  • Own, plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales for MONDAY Haircare and being Haircare, including new market, new retailer and NPD launches, in partnership with the commercial team and external agencies.

  • Develop and manage retailer relationships to deliver localised marketing initiatives — from campaign implementation and in-store executions to event activations and promotional-calendar moments.

  • Work with the performance marketing team to deliver targeted local digital ad campaigns that drive sales in each market.

  • Own budget spend end-to-end, guaranteeing 100% accuracy and timely communication to stakeholders on overspend and funds availability.

Insights & Planning

  • Support key market initiatives as a strategic brand priority, including retailer activity, PR and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost MONDAY's and being's brand presence and sales across markets.

  • Keep up to date with relevant trends, developments and technology, suggesting new ideas, processes and strategies where relevant.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the in-house content and copy teams to create bespoke localised content for marketing campaigns and launches.

  • Develop and execute PR and influencer strategies (paid and organic) in each market, with agency support where required.

  • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, media, influencers and agencies.

  • Partner with the sales team to deliver retailer and trade launch presentations that win buy-in for ranging.

  • Support and grow junior team members, sharing knowledge regularly.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, advertising or brand development within a retail, beauty or FMCG company.

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams and implement key business initiatives cross-functionally.

  • Experience in customer-focused, data-oriented environments.

  • A strong track record developing marketing strategies for retail portfolios that deliver partner objectives and business performance.

Mindset & Energy

  • Strong results focus, with high energy, attention to detail and creativity.

  • Outstanding communicator, both verbal and written.

  • Motivated and autonomous, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.

  • A "can-do" attitude and a drive to constantly level up on processes and skills.

  • You love beauty, fashion or equivalent industries, and stay on top of trends and pop culture.

WHY ZURU BEAUTY?

  • Scale – Real Brands, Real Reach: You'll help lead one of the world's most-loved haircare brands — sold in 47 countries, reaching 1.5 billion people, and the #1 most-liked haircare brand on TikTok.

  • Craft – No Gatekeepers: Real budgets, real markets, real ownership — with none of the red tape of a traditional beauty company.

  • Culture – Challenger Energy: We're building beauty brands that don't play by the rules — obsessive about culture, craft and ambition
