Position Overview

As one of the leaders in our Haircare Portfolio, you will lead efforts for MONDAY and being Haircare across our Growth Markets, playing key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across diverse international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the global marketing team to drive brand awareness, support growth, and ensure local relevance in execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone passionate about beauty and excited to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious brand story.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own, plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales for MONDAY Haircare and being Haircare, including new market, new retailer and NPD launches; in partnership with commercial team and external agencies

  • Develop and manage relationships with retailers to deliver localised marketing initiatives including marketing campaign implementation, in-store executions, event activations and targeted campaigns around the retail promotion calendar

  • Support key market initiatives as key strategic brand priority including retailer activity, PR & marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with in house content team, copy team to create bespoke localized content for marketing campaigns & launches

  • Work with performance marketing team to deliver on targeted local digital ad campaigns to drive sales in each market

  • Develop and execute PR and influencer strategies (paid and organic) in each market, with the support of agency partners when required

  • Control and guarantee 100% accuracy of budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspending/funds availability

  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost MONDAY and beings brand and sales in markets

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media, influencers, agencies

  • Keep up to date with relevant trends, developments and technology in relation to the role and suggest new ideas, processes and/or strategies where relevant

  • Work with sales team to deliver retailer/trade launch presentations to gain buy-in for ranging

  • Support and grow junior team and share knowledge regularly

  • General support/collaborative projects with the Global Team as needed

 

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or brand development within a retail, beauty or FMCG company

  • Proven leadership skills with the capability of influencing teams and implementing key business initiatives cross functionally

  • Experience in customer-focused, data orientated environments

  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in developing marketing strategies and initiatives for allocated retail portfolios to deliver partner objectives and business performance

  • Strong results focus, with high energy, attention to detail and creativity

  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Motivated and autonomous worker with the ability to identify and resolve problems.

  • A "can-do" attitude and drive to constantly level up on processes and skills

  • You love beauty, fashion or equivalent industries and you stay on top of trends and pop culture
