Build your career at Iress!As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving user research, analysing, understanding and documenting feature requirements to effectively communicate to engineering teams and other stakeholders. You will be required to clearly document and communicate complex requirements, solutions and processes, and play a key part in process improvements and facilitating sessions that are focused around this. Since Iress is a global company, you will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones (mostly in the UK).
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:Working with UX designers to develop mockups and clickable prototypes of proposed solutions
Understanding and effectively communicating product requirements to engineering team and other stakeholders
Creating, maintaining and updating detailed documentation as required as well as workflows and user stories for our products
Gaining a detailed knowledge of our product suite across Wealth
Assisting in identifying product and process weaknesses and possible refinements in an environment of continual evolution and improvement
Being involved in organising/facilitating sessions with the team that are focused on using metrics to drive improvements
Ensure customer value is delivered frequently and appropriate measures are in place
Keep up-to-date with organisational delivery frameworks and approaches
Have a collaborative approach with team members in a self-autonomous squad where everyone is involved in product decisions
Building strong internal and external relationships and open communication channels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
Recent experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience in developing mock-ups or other artifacts to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions
Ability to critically evaluate and improve processes
Willing to work with others in a collaborative team environment
Ability to meet timeframes and deadlines
Not afraid to challenge the status quo
A keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex problems
Experience in Agile ways of working and result-oriented culture
