Job Description
THE ROLE
● Facilitating and managing business change including but not limited to rolling out credit policy updates
● Gathering and analysing the data looking for opportunities for improvement
● Driving process improvement projects from beginning to end
● Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
● Implementing and testing the solutions
● Documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures
● Conducting quality assurance on credit decisions
QualificationsTHIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
● Experience in process improvement, preferably in or around credit risk function within business lending space.
● Understanding of credit policy components and drivers behind it
● Knowledge of credit assessment drivers
● Ability to present solutions in an organised and structured manner
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Experience working for a Fintech or in a closely related sector
● A continuous improvement mindset, and a strong ability to embrace change and thrive from it
