Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis of commercially-driven solutions, specifically focusing on process mapping and defining customer requirements. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the onboarding of new business and manages service transitions to deliver high-quality outcomes for our global clients.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Facilitate and define requirements: Lead workshops to capture granular customer needs and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for digital solutions.
Design process lifecycles: Create detailed "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process maps to identify efficiencies in document lifecycles, data extraction, and digital archiving workflows.
Manage operational onboarding: Lead the seamless transition of workflows from legacy client environments into the Iron Mountain ecosystem, ensuring projects remain within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Business Process Outsourcing, Document Imaging, or Shared Services.
Strong knowledge of Digital Mailroom workflows and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Proven ability in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, alongside experience in Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
