Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will:

Lead Analysis and Solution Design: Gather, document, and validate both business and technical requirements to underpin transformative solutions.

Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment of expectations with business needs, and deliver success across projects.

Bridge Business and IT: Serve as the critical liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth translation of requirements throughout testing and change management phases.

Mentor and Innovate: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to elevating BA practices, standards, and tools across our organisation.

Client-Facing Excellence: With 4+ years’ experience in professional services and proven client-facing skills, you will confidently manage external client engagements while juggling multiple priorities.
Required Skills & Experience

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Clear and structured approach to capturing business and functional requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with both clients and internal teams.

Process Mapping & Analysis: Proven ability to document current and future state processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.

Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading discovery sessions, interviews, and solution design workshops.

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset to dissect complex challenges and propose effective solutions.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and business audiences.

Project Delivery Awareness: Familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Miro, Excel, and presentation tools.

Ideally, you will have 4+ years in a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise projects.
