About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates with a keen interest in product, data, and process improvement to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Support product and engineering teams with clear specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify pain points and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Participate in meetings and communicate updates with stakeholders.
- Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making and product development.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Understanding of SDLC, user stories, and requirements gathering
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Notion, Jira, or Figma.
- Comfortable working with data; experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets modeling is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
