As a Business Analyst Senior Associate within the CO&D (Client Onboarding & Documentation) Transformation team, you will be part of the Client Onboarding Requirements Engine (CORE) Product Delivery Team responsible for the enhancement and the maintenance of strategic program deliverables within Client On-boarding. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. You will guide projects from requirements gathering through to tech development, UAT and implementation.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate requirements, advise Stakeholders of options, while keeping in mind the risks & costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Perform detailed data analysis and modelling
- Collaborate with Business & Technology teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to solve complex business problems
- Execute projects using standard Agile project delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with other Product Delivery teams when necessary to ensure dependencies are managed across applications
- Proactively communicate global business requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders; solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project documentation
- Define business rules using low code solutions to meet business needs. Perform data mapping and maintenance updates to common data taxonomy
- Apply change management methodologies to drive change to operating models, standardization of technologies and streamline operational processes
- Liaise with UAT team in test case creation and execution and act as escalation point for test issues
- Coordinate with the central Release Management team when required to deliver projects to release timelines
- Create implementation plans and support technology with production releases if required, which may require occasional out of hours/weekend work
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience as a Business Analysts and confidence in Project Management skills in the banking/ financial industry
- Experience of modelling business processes
- Experience of working in an agile Product Delivery model, and writing User Stories using industry standard techniques in JIRA
- The ability to convey business needs to Technology and any constraints to the business
- Strong planning skills with the ability to both plan ahead and maintain focus on current activities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to confidently chair Project Working Groups
- Energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset. Ready and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Independent worker, also with the ability to work as part of a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of other tools such as Alteryx and Signavio
- Experience in the Client onboarding environment
- Experience in data transference and data storage methods
- Experience in DocuSign
