About the Role

 

As Technical Business Analyst within the Strategy and Transformation team, you will support the delivery of AI-driven and transformation initiatives. This role blends strategic insight, technical fluency, and delivery focus. You will work across business and technical domains to define requirements, analyse systems, and support implementation of innovative solutions. 

 

Duties / Responsibilities 

Strategy & Analysis

  • Identify opportunities for value creation and support strategic planning.

  • Align requirements with business goals and contribute to business cases.

Business & Technical Delivery

  • Document business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.

  • Support agile planning and execution.

AI & Automation

  • Partner with AI Labs to design and deliver AI solutions.

  • Analyse data flows and validate models.

  • Support testing, implementation, and benefits tracking.

Transformation & Change

  • Contribute to digitisation and process improvement initiatives.

  • Map workflows and identify optimisation opportunities.

  • Support change management and adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly.

  • Build trusted relationships and manage expectations.

  • Track feedback and insights.

Data & Reporting

  • Perform data analysis to support decisions and validate outcomes.

  • Define data requirements and support dashboard development.

  • Monitor performance and ensure data quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) preferred. 

  • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis with a technical focus, ideally within transformation or digital programs. 

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies. 

  • Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio). 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
