About the Role

Discover the opportunity to make impactful decisions and drive transformation through IFS Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical specialists to design and optimize field service processes that improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, customer service, and service delivery outcomes.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable IFS FSM solutions, supporting process improvements across service management, work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile workforce enablement, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process analysis and design activities focused on IFS FSM capabilities and service management processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements.
  • Design and optimize service workflows, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, and field service operations using IFS FSM best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and solution outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
  • Support solution design, testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment planning.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements leveraging IFS FSM functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable field service solutions.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Hands-on experience with IFS Field Service Management (FSM) and field service business processes.
  • Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
  • Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.
  • Strong understanding of service management, work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and field workforce operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process design, or enterprise application delivery.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
