What You Will Get to Do:           

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, business goals, and governance frameworks.

  • Elicit, validate, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with analysis standards and best practices.
  • Verify business and system solutions to ensure they deliver value and maintain high service quality. 
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions, ensuring follow-up on action items to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support to the delivery team through all stages of project. 
  • Ensure requirement traceability and solution alignment through close collaboration with developers, testers, and stakeholders, supporting thorough validation across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation to ensure smooth delivery.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of business analysis or equivalent experience.
  • Wealth Management experience in superannuation, investment, or insurance services.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficient with business analysis tools such as Visio (with BPMN notation), MIRO, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Clear and concise communicator who actively listens and values diverse perspectives.
  • Collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently.
  • Keen problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments.
  • Industry certifications such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA, IIBA AAC, or Scrum Master are welcomed but not mandatory.
