The roleAs a Business Analyst, you’ll help shape Prospa’s payments ecosystem and deliver solutions that make life easier for our customers. You’ll work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to turn ideas into reality.
What you'll be doing- Payments Expertise: Analyze requirements for payment platforms, design workflows, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Business Analysis: Translate business needs into functional specs, define acceptance criteria, and identify automation opportunities.
- Product Launch & Improvement: Support new product rollouts and enhancements within the Loan Management System (LMS), using data insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work within a Tribe structure to optimize workflows across Payments, LMS, Collections, and Finance.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics and dashboards to validate assumptions and measure success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, communicate clearly to diverse audiences, and maintain transparent documentation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a strong focus on payments and payment platforms.
- Strong data fluency: ability to interpret data, build insights, and leverage metrics for decision-making.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with change management principles.
- Desirable: Experience with Mambu platform and understanding of its role in loan and payment workflows.
- Understanding of payment systems architecture (e.g., Salesforce, collections systems).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA best practices.
