A bit about your role
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Business Analyst to join our Product Development and Process Transformation team on a two-year fixed term. Reporting to the Executive Manager Product Development and Process Transformation, this role will support the Products and Pricing function by contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives and leading small to medium process improvement projects.
We are seeking a Business Analyst who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and ensure alignment across projects. You will lead a small to medium process improvement initiatives and contribute to large-scale transformation programs, applying structured analysis and project management principles to deliver measurable outcomes. From gathering insights and documenting workflows to supporting go-to-market strategies, your ability to manage priorities and keep stakeholders engaged will be key to success.

You bring proven experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals. You’re confident in stakeholder engagement—facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, and managing expectations across diverse teams. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration and clear communication matter. If you enjoy solving problems, influencing outcomes, and making processes better for everyone, this role is for you.
