The Business Analyst will provide analytical support, manage stakeholder communication, improve processes, and facilitate project delivery to achieve organizational objectives.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for providing analytical support and business process expertise to Project Managers driving strategic business plan initiatives. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery of organizational objectives.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy and project delivery, the Business Analyst will ensure that business plan initiatives are grounded in thorough analysis, clearly defined requirements, and stakeholder alignment. This position serves as both a business advocate and project enabler, translating organizational objectives into actionable project components while maintaining focus on value delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis & Documentation Analyse, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives. Translate business objectives into functional specifications and facilitate stakeholder workshops to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs.
Process Analysis & Improvement Conduct current and future state analysis, develop process maps and workflows, and identify improvement opportunities that align with project objectives and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management & Communication Build relationships across all organizational levels, facilitate meetings and workshops, and serve as liaison between business users and project teams to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
Project Support & Delivery Partner with Project Managers on planning, governance, and delivery activities. Conduct impact assessments, support change management, and provide business perspective in steering committees.
Data Analysis & Reporting Analyse business data to support decision-making, develop success metrics and KPIs, create executive dashboards, and support business case development with quantitative analysis.
Quality Assurance & Testing Support Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate deliverables against requirements, and support post-implementation reviews.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Experience: Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in project-driven environments
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Digital, or a related field.
Tools & Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar);
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with NetSuite.
• Strong documentation skills, including experience maintaining structured documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional briefs.
• Comfortable working with developers and technical teams.
• A keen eye for detail to spot defects and accurately log bugs. Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
