GenesisCare is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our Strategy and Special Projects team on a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract, where you will play a key role in supporting growth, transformation, and improved patient access across our cancer care services.
In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to evaluate new opportunities, support strategic investments, and deliver data-driven insights that influence real-world healthcare outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
Deliver commercial, financial and market analysis to support strategic planning, investment decisions and business cases
Evaluate new business opportunities including service expansions, partnerships and acquisitions
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses for growth initiatives
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and briefing papers with clear, actionable insights
Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for service optimisation
Support due diligence activities including data validation, feasibility assessments and risk analysis
Assist with contractual reviews and commercial risk assessments
Contribute to priority strategic and special projects across clinical, operational and corporate teams
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the healthcare ecosystem
What you’ll bring
Experience in business development, strategy, commercial analysis, consulting, corporate finance or a similar analytical role
Proven capability developing financial models, business cases and investment analysis
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience analysing market, competitor and performance data (healthcare, life sciences or regulated industries highly regarded)
Exposure to strategic initiatives such as service expansion, new market entry or partnerships
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
Ability to work effectively in complex, highly regulated environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex data into practical insights
Confidence operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
