We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate in driving and acquiring new business sponsorship for our Australian Summits business unit.

This is an in-person role located in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with C-Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitching and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Create and execute strategic sales campaigns.

  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience: 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product.

  • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot software tool and Microsoft Office Suite is a significant advantage, however it is not a must requirement. Proven track record of exceeding goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Remuneration & Career Development

  •  Year-one OTE: A$90,000–A$110,000 (base + uncapped commissions).

  • Year-two expected earnings: A$150,000–A$200,000+ as you build a managed client base.
