Business Development Director

What you’ll do: 

 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, as a Business Development Director, you will: 

  • Lead the business growth to fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. 

  • Deliver exemplary customer service. 

  • Manage customer & supplier relationships, ensuring satisfaction and high quality of service. 

  • Build a strong and empowered working manager culture and environment, being an ambassador of the core values and developing a team that is committed and aligned with the company´s vision and mission. 

  • Responsible for Talent Management which may include upskilling current leaders and building teams for future growth. 

  • Use fact-based and data-driven measures to make decisions. 

  • Participate in global, regional, and local meetings where your presence is required. 

  • Define the project needs: scope, objectives, schedule, and associated internal tasks to achieve the determined sales objectives. 

  • Provide periodic analysis and reports on progress. 

 

 

The qualifications you must have: 

  • Business or related Degree or certification 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Leader 

  • Knowledge of the solar industry. 

  • Experience leading teams. 

  • Experience supporting and enabling a sales organization. 

  • Financial knowledge and ability to report out. 

  • Ability to travel as needed for the business.

  • Experience working across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
