Business Development Executive, Community - NSW, ACT

This role will be incharge of contributing to the growth and profitability of Community Channel AWM business by identifying and executing business opportunities with existing strategic partners while looking for new opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Business Results:

  • Drive execution of business opportunities with new and existing customers in assigned territory
  • Actively look for new opportunities within the Aged Care & Primary Care
  • Develop strong relationships with wholesalers and create strategic plans.

Territory Management

  • Assume primary responsibility for identifying new sales leads within the assigned geographic territory
  • Plan and execute new marketing initiatives and take part in relevant conferences and industry events.
  • Regularly analyse sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of results (Power BI)

Professional Ethics

  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, and communication and increase client contact time.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelors Degree in related field.
  • 3+ years’ relevant industry experience.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Considerable knowledge of Health care industry in ANZ
  • Willingness to travel 50 – 60%
  • Strong communication skills and have ability to manage high level negotiations is critical.
