Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven sales professional to join the team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new agent partners, showcasing the unique value of our platform, and building strong, long-lasting relationships across the industry. You’ll be at the forefront of growth—delivering impactful presentations, leading tailored training sessions, and maintaining a high-performing sales pipeline.

  • Proactively identify, research and pursue prospects to attract agent sign-ups to the platform. 
  • Maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders through telephone, email and in person meetings.
  • Conduct compelling and captivating presentations that showcase our property platform.
  • Maintain a best-practice sales pipeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases and efficient reporting systems. 
  • Excel at achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the real estate industry. 
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and play a key role in paving the success of the business. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in the residential real estate market (i.e. sales, property management) and/or online advertising sales.
  • Five plus years of relevant sales experience and demonstrated ability to sell and close deals. 
  • A compelling sales personality backed by a genuine passion for providing a refreshing new solution.
  • A clear and effective communicator in one-on-one situations as well as group presentations. An ability to adapt your style based on the audience and setting. 
  • An active listener with the ability to build connections and understand client needs. 
  • A resilient nature with swift problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think differently and challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service. 
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
