Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, accountants, and partners, onboard new brokers, and promote our advanced business accelerator service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with brokers, accountants, and other key stakeholders in the financial ecosystem.

  • Broker Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new brokers to leverage our business accelerator platform and services.

  • Partner Engagement: Engage with partners to provide tailored financial solutions and support their growth in the property investment space.

  • Sales and Marketing: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, presenting services, and closing deals with brokers and financial professionals.

  • Training and Support: Educate brokers and partners on our financial products, services, and tools, ensuring they are equipped for success.

  • Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide insights and drive strategy.


Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, finance, or a related field.

  • Strong network within the broker and financial services industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.

  • Knowledge of property investment and wealth creation services is highly desirable.

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
