So what's the gig?

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a deal-hungry Business Development Manager to partner with our Executive Manager – Growth and lead expansion across NSW and ACT.

Your mission: unearth, build, and close new relationships with leading real estate agencies, bringing them onto our award-winning SaaS platform that’s transforming property management. You’ll get support from Kolmeo HQ and our marketing team with warm leads, but you’ll also own your own prospecting strategy, confidently cold calling, networking, and driving new opportunities.

This is a true hunter role — you thrive on the hustle, stay proactive in the field, and work autonomously across a high-value territory.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business across NSW and ACT using a multi-channel approach
  • Run high-impact demos and discovery meetings with agency owners and directors
  • Own the full sales cycle — pipeline, forecasting, closing
  • Develop quarterly territory plans backed by market data
  • Represent Kolmeo at industry events and networking opportunities to build awareness and influence
  • Feed market insights back to Growth, Product, and Marketing

You'll succeed if you:

  • Have 3–5+ years of SaaS BDM or AE experience with a track record of smashing targets
  • Bring a true hunter mindset — energetic, resourceful, and commercially sharp
  • Are comfortable running your own show but thrive on collaboration
  • Know your way around CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Can hold senior-level conversations and close complex deals
  • Are open to travel across Western Sydney, South-West NSW and ACT
  • Bonus points: PropTech, Fintech, or real estate experience, territory-building background, or strong industry network.
