Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, sales-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by bringing new agent partners onto our platform. You’ll be making high-volume, high-impact sales calls, showcasing our unique value, and building strong, lasting relationships within the residential real estate industry. This role is all about momentum—owning the sales process from outreach to close and keeping your pipeline full. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategy while playing a key role in our continued expansion. 

The role:

  • Proactively identify, research and pursue prospects to attract agent sign-ups to the platform.  
  • Maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders through telephone, email and in person meetings. 
  • Conduct compelling and captivating presentations that showcase our property platform. 
  • Maintain a best-practice sales pipeline. 
  • Maintain up-to-date databases and efficient reporting systems.  
  • Excel at achieving KPIs and targets. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of the real estate industry.  
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and play a key role in paving the success of the business.  

Qualifications

  • A strong background in residential sales or property management will set you up for success.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of closing new business.
  • Charismatic and confident, with a passion for introducing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication skills—confident in both one-on-one conversations and group presentations, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Active listening skills with a talent for building rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Resilient and agile under pressure, with a creative mindset that challenges conventional thinking.
  • Excellent at managing stakeholders and delivering standout customer experiences.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and systems.
