  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for sponsorship and exhibition sales.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries.
  • Meet with clients in person and virtually to understand their commercial objectives.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and close new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercially successful events.

About you:

We believe that you’ll need the below skills and experience to succeed in this role. Please note, that this is not an exhaustive list: if you think you could be who we’re looking for and are excited to join our team, please do still get in touch!

  • Commercially minded and driven to exceed targets
  • Clear communicator and confident negotiator
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Key skills we’re looking for include:

  • Full-cycle sales (from outreach to close)
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Pipeline management (Salesforce and Gong)
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Proposal writing and deal structuring
  • Time management

Recruitment process:

It’s really important that we’re transparent about what you can expect when you apply for a role at Terrapinn. Our process is as follows:

  • First round – online interview with Talent Director and recruiting manager
  • Fill in our competency framework – this will be used as a discussion point in the next interview
  • Final competency based interview in person with your potential line manager and GM/MD

We believe in equal opportunities and being a diverse and inclusive employer. If you need any potential adjustments to our planned process at all, please do contact us to discuss options.
