We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers solve complex challenges. Whether you're an experienced Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or come from a technical, project delivery, or solutions-focused background, we'll provide the support needed to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and government
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, focusing on sectors where our solutions can make a significant impact
  • Develop tailored proposals and sales strategies aligning our innovative solutions with client needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our systems into client infrastructures
  • Manage the tender and quotation processes for targeted projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from project managers to executive decision-makers, to drive sales success

What you'll bring:

  • A passion for technology and solving customer challenges.
  • Experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, building services, security, automation, or related fields.
  • The curiosity and technical mindset to understand customer requirements, interpret plans and specifications, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, end users, and decision-makers.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to identify opportunities to create value for customers.
  • The drive to learn, grow, and succeed in a business development environment, whether coming from a sales or technical background.
