You’ll be stepping into a role with an existing customer base and the backing of our brand new, world-class product. With strong foundations in place, you’ll have everything you need to create real momentum – building new relationships, designing creative outreach, and energising schools and universities through tailored video learning solutions.

This is your chance to make a big impact by shaping the growth of a high-potential market. What we're realling looking for is a driven sales professional who thrives on territory ownership, creating excitement, and opening doors to new opportunities.

We’re seeking a high-energy, charismatic personality - a true hunter who loves to build new relationships, create excitement, and make things happen. If you thrive on creating momentum, delivering results, and want to bring positivity and buzz to our team, you’ll love this challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow your territory in the education market - engaging new schools and expanding our brand presence
  • Launch and promote our product, tailored for schools across the region
  • Develop a strategy and territory plan to prospect for new business meetings, using your energy and creativity
  • Prospect calls and other activity in order to be able to establish meaningful contact
  • Understand customer needs fully and articulate the relevant benefits of ClickView
  • Build and manage a pipeline that (with forecast data) will result in targets being met or exceeded
  • Identify the correct influencers and decision makers within each opportunity
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM database and provide accurate reports
  • Attend events, create bespoke campaigns and act as a brand advocate for ClickView
  • Travel within your territory to connect with educators, deliver product demos, and represent ClickView at events and meetings
  • Collaborate with the Australian sales team, bringing ideas, personality, and drive to everything you do

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3+ years’ sales experience, ideally in SaaS or education
  • Experience in teaching, education or Ed-tech is an advantage, but not essential
  • Track record of winning new business and developing markets from scratch
  • Confident communicator with a hunter mentality - you’re persistent, upbeat, and always looking for the next opportunity
  • Time and territory management experience (experience across similar markets is a plus, but not required)
  • A self-starter with successful sales development at multiple levels within an organisation
  • Target-driven and genuinely a team player
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales metrics to identify areas for growth and development
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM database management is beneficial
  • Willingness and ability to travel quarterly within your territory to meet clients, nurture relationships, and drive growth in the region

Benefits

  • Extra paid wellbeing and volunteering leave - to care for yourself and others 🚴
  • Flexible working hours and arrangements - to accommodate for different working preferences and personal situations 🏠
