Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager with around 2–4 years of experience who’s ready to take the next step — someone who can sell, think strategically, and build real client relationships.

What you’ll do
- Turn client briefs into compelling exhibition solutions that stand out
- Sell directly to Marketing Managers and decision-makers
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and meetings
- Manage and grow your own pipeline and accounts
- Build long-term relationships, not just one-off deals
- Learn our products deeply so you can sell with confidence and credibility
- Think on your feet and solve client challenges creatively
What you bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Confidence engaging with Marketing Managers and stakeholders
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
- Strong relationship-building skills — you’re trusted, not pushy
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn technical aspects of what we do
- Drive, resilience, and a track record of hitting targets
Bonus: Experience in events, exhibitions, marketing, or creative industries
