Integro Learning delivers behavioral assessment tools and workplace learning programs that help organizations improve communication, leadership, and team effectiveness. 

Our core offering is a talent behavior assessment toolkit, delivered through a value-added, platform-based model across leadership, HR, and organizational development sectors. 

Position Overview

This role is responsible for delivering sales, account management, administrative, and platform support functions to ensure effective client engagement, smooth training delivery, and ongoing account growth. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Sales/Account Management 

  • Building, maintaining and developing relationships with client accounts & key contacts.  

  • Manage client session bookings from initial enquiry, quotes, and sourcing facilitator before handing off to training coordinator.  

  • Nurturing Leads to convert into Accounts and Orders. 

  • Maintaining and managing Accounts through Business Central and Salesforce platforms via task setting and follow up 

  • Nurturing open Opportunities through the stages to invoicing  

  • Involvement and planning of yearly sales budget and monthly targets  

  • Support content creation with Marketing for our monthly newsletters and campaigns  

  • Participate in regular sales and team meetings and provide support to team members as required 

 

2) Administration Support 

  • Manage accounts and conduct business development activities including responding to sales enquiries about the ED and 5B suite via email and phone.  
  • Troubleshoot issues within EPIC platform 
  • Update and maintain client records in Business Central and Salesforce Platforms 

 

3) Platform Administration 

  • Administering platform services via the Intégro EPIC account, gathering participant information, providing quotes, issuing invitations  

  • Other tasks as requested by management 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 

  • Achievement of individual revenue and activity targets (quarterly and annual) 

  • Catalyst platform adoption rate across managed accounts 

  • Lead conversion rate (leads to accounts/orders) 

  • Client retention and account renewal rate 

  • CRM data accuracy and task completion in Business Central and Salesforce 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

 Required 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client relationship role 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and meet sales targets 

  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

 

Preferred 

  • Familiarity with Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors, or similar behavioral assessment products 

  • Experience in L&D, HR consulting, or professional development industries 

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field 

 

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS 

  • Employment type: Full-time at the office in Dee Why area.

  • Remuneration: Reasonably structured compensation matrix with progressively developing business and growing market Base salary + commission / incentive  

  • Travel requirements: Occasional domestic travel
