The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact team that plays a critical role in the success of our sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll often be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll play a key role in generating pipeline, building trusted relationships, and helping bring new customers into the UserTesting community.

You’ll work closely with an Account Executive to execute an account-based Go-to-Market strategy and engage qualified prospects with thoughtful, human conversations. This role offers great benefits, exposure to cutting-edge sales tools, and strong potential for career growth within our global sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your Account Executive to execute an account-based Go-to-Market strategy.

  • Become a trusted point of contact for prospective customers by delivering value early and often.

  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage new prospects and qualify opportunities.

  • Understand prospect needs, overcome objections, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.

  • Drive attendance and engagement for marketing campaigns, trade shows, and virtual events.

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage tasks efficiently using tools like Outreach and ZoomInfo.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs aligned to pipeline generation and activity volume.

  • Travel occasionally to support field marketing and sales events.

  • Operate with a high degree of professionalism, collaboration, and urgency in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette—you’re confident speaking with C-level executives and asking thoughtful, strategic questions.

  • A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Demonstrated passion for success, self-motivation, and a track record of taking initiative.

  • Organized and disciplined, with strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Technical aptitude and experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Google Workspace is a plus.

  • Be part of a collaborative, fast-moving sales team that values learning and growth.

  • Make an impact by helping organizations discover how UserTesting can solve real business challenges.

  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading sales tools and methodologies.

  • Grow your sales career within a supportive, performance-driven environment.
