What you'll do:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in driving our ANZ market growth. You'll:
- Generate Qualified Leads: Drive new business by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads through strategic outreach, including high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads, making 60+ calls per day.
- Partner with Account Executives: Work closely and collaboratively with assigned Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
- Drive Sales Pipeline: Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls.
- Schedule Discovery Calls: Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive/Sales Representative.
- Conduct Needs Assessments: Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Master Consultative Selling: Develop expertise in consultative SaaS selling, leveraging cutting-edge sales frameworks and innovative prospecting techniques.
